    想要做出味道更鲜活、更上层次的咖喱菜式,就是加入“椰浆”,只有加入“椰浆”,才能更好的激发出浓郁的咖喱香,让咖喱菜式的口感更香浓顺滑。

    Step 1

    把所有材料A洗净,放入搅拌机搅拌成泥备用。Clean all ingredients A , place into blender and blend till smooth puree, set aside.

    Step 2

    把所有食材倒入锅中,开火搅拌均匀。Pour all the puree ingredients into the pot, stir evenly over the heat.

    Step 3

    加入虾和橙色番薯,盖好焖煮15分钟左右。Add in prawns and orange sweet potatoes, cover with lid and simmer for about 15 minutes.

    Step 4

    加入五指薯仔菜和浓椰浆,继续煮至番薯软化,最后加入海盐和糖调味,即可上菜。Add in pucuk ubi masak Lemak,coconut milk and Assam Keping, cook until the sweet potatoes are softened. Lastly season with some sea salt and sugar.
